因應勞動型態日益多元及零工經濟發展，勞工職業災害保險及保護法訂有「特別加保制度」，以維護勞工工作生活安全。

特別加保適用對象分為三類
一、自然人雇主及其僱用之員工，如營建工程業之工頭及其僱用之點工。
二、實際從事勞動之人員，如平台外送員、個人接案工作者等。
三、符合勞動基準法規定提供勞務之童工，如拍攝廣告的童星等。

以上人員可於工作前，透過勞保局提供的簡便加保管道，如統一超商 ibon機台、勞工保險局官網及官網公布的職業工會，擇一管道申報參加職災保險

Changes in the forms of employment in the society have led to an increase in the population of non-standard employments or gig-economy. To protect the work and life safety of these workers, a special enrollment system has been established under the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act.

 The special enrollment system shall apply to the following three types of workers:
1. For natural persons as employers and their employees (for example, foremen and their employees).
2. For individuals who actually participate in the work (for example, delivery drivers and freelance professionals).
3. For the child labors who meet the requirements set forth in the Labor Standards Act (for example, child stars).

The above individuals can enroll for labor occupational accident insurance before starting their work through convenient channels (such as ibon kiosk in 7-Eleven Convenience Stores, the BLI’s official website or Occupational unions announced on the official website) provided by the BLI
